1 Melody Freeze Birthday token (good for an ice cream treat of choice) and a birthday card with a personalized message. 

A small soft serve cone for every cabin mate and their counselors (up to 20 participants), birthday themed napkins, and a table covering. 

Available soft serve flavors include Vanilla, Chocolate, Twist, and 2 rotating specialty flavors.  

Gluten Free and Dairy Free options are available.

Please provide students name, birth date, Cabin/Dorm number, and name to be written on the card. You may also include a short message to be written on the card using the notes section.
