This celebration includes:

1 Melody Freeze Birthday token (good for an ice cream treat of choice) and a birthday card with a personalized message. 

2 cheese pizzas, 2 pepperoni pizzas, beverages (Pepsi products), birthday themed plates, utensils, napkins, and table cover for up to 20 participants.

Please provide students name, birth date, Cabin/Dorm number, and name to be written on the card. You may also include a short message to be written on the card using the notes section.
